We will position ourselves at the forefront of business and technology trends, and supplement our polytechnic curriculum with cultural and social service experiences. With expanded facilities and high-quality faculty, we will find more ways to equip students with the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to change business for the better. We will guide them every step of the way with career mentorship, diverse and inclusive learning environments, and a multitude of industry connections.
GIVING PRIORITIES
- Inspire student collaboration and solidify an inclusive, ambitious Orfalea culture by creating versatile spaces for group work, research and socialization in the new Orfalea College of Business building, Student Success Center.
- Foster multidisciplinary innovation within relevant and influential business fields by hiring and supporting high-quality faculty, and by expanding programs like the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), Center for Packaging Value Chain, Real Estate Education Initiatives and Business Analytics Agency.
- Develop well-rounded business leaders by fortifying their industry knowledge with meaningful work experience, cultural agility, social justice, business competency and leadership.
