Student Affairs

We provide support for students to experience Learn by Doing and persist to graduation.

We have a responsibility to build the next generation of globally-minded and socially conscious leaders who are day-one ready for the workforce and contribute positively to their communities.

Student Affairs accomplishes this by creating diverse out-of-classroom experiences that complement classroom academics. Through Learn by Doing opportunities and student-centered programs, we empower students to explore their personal identities, values, skills and purpose during a period of tremendous personal and professional growth. The Campaign for Learn by Doing will support all of these aspects of student development by enhancing existing resources and creating new opportunities for career and personal advancement.

GIVING PRIORITIES

  • Build and create more space for students to connect; enhance programs and education focused on diversity and inclusion; and provide platforms for identity exploration and professional development.

  • Improve retention, success and wellness by pursuing the endowment of key support programs, including those focused on housing and food insecurity, mental health and wellness, and substance recovery.
